HIST 434 - Role of Cities in American History Growth of cities from colonial times to the present. Topics include urbanization, suburbanization, transportation innovations, crime, housing, and racial conflicts. Special emphasis given to the role of the city in American history.
Credits: 3 Prerequisites: Six credits of history. Notes: This course is crosslisted with HIST 634. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
