Success Coaching

Success Coaching helps students develop effective strategies to navigate college academically, socially, and personally. Through one-on-one meetings, small-group conversations, and success workshops, success coaches engage students in reflection, goal-setting, and planning to create individualized academic and personal success plans. The program empowers students by supporting them in establishing attainable educational goals, improving time management and organizational skills, developing effective learning strategies, and connecting with professors and campus resources. Success coaches are highly trained UNLV graduate students who have a passion for helping undergraduate students in their journey. Success Coaching is a free service available year-round.
