Purpose and Focus  

Student Success leads institution-wide initiatives that support enrollment growth, promote retention, progression, and timely degree completion, enhance belongingness, and advance other equitable student success outcomes. Through a comprehensive array of programs, services, and strategic projects, Student Success collaboratively serves students across their undergraduate life cycle – from matriculation to graduation. Housed in the Academic Success Center (ASC) and satellite locations, Student Success includes Undergraduate Advising Practice, Tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, The First-Year Experience, Peer Mentoring, Success Coaching, Student-Athlete Academic Services (SAAS), The Rebel College Accelerator Program (dual and concurrent enrollment), Major Exploration, Exploring Advising, Pre-Professional Advising Center, Rebel Success Hub, success scholarships, a learning specialist program, and other holistic student success efforts. In addition, Student Success partners closely with the Gateway Math Bridge Program and other programs across campus.
