ACC 495 - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Service-Learning Course


The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is a program for those interested in sharing their skills, talent, and knowledge with the public. Tasks include the administration and preparation of tax returns for the community. Valuable new skills will be learned and shared with peers and “clients”. This course is crosslisted with ​ACC 695​. Credit at the ​6​00-level requires additional work. 

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Minimum grade of C in ACC 201 and ACC 202 and instructor consent.
