Circuit design and analysis using diodes and transistors. Introduction to semiconductor physics. Circuit simulation with SPICE.

Prerequisites: and ((PHYS 181 and PHYS 181L ) or (PHYS 196 and PHYS 196L )) and either or ; All prerequisites must be completed with a grade of C or better. Advanced Standing required. The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
