ACC 410 - Federal Taxation



Introduction to a broad range of tax concepts and types of taxpayers, including corporations, pass-through entities, and sole proprietorships. Emphasizes the role of taxation in the business decision process, and provides students with the ability to conduct tax research, compliance and planning. This course is crosslisted with ACC 610. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Lee Business School major or Accounting minor; and a minimum C grade in ACC 400  and ACC 401 . The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals and audits.
