Coursework
Coursework is available to satisfy the Language Course Requirements, and can be satisfied in a single semester. Any 3 credit course completed during a UNLV Office of International Programs approved study abroad experience can be used to fulfill the international requirement. Please view our study abroad course catalog for course approvals.
University Honors and/or Research and Creative Honors students may waive up to two HON 400-level seminars with a course taken in a study abroad program. Only one HON 400-level seminar waiver may be approved per semester or summer term abroad. Waiver requests should be completed before the student departs for the study abroad program whenever possible.
The following USAC programs offer courses and internships targeted to the academic needs and interests of language and science courses.
Please visit program course pages for course descriptions and terms offered; and you will first need to attend an information session to meet with our study abroad advisor to see how you can best fit study abroad into your university degree program.
