All fall and spring students are required to take an intensive six-week Italian language course (intensive language courses
marked with an asterisk). After the intensive period, students have the option of taking an additional language course.
Students can enroll in a total of 12-18 credits per semester.

with your academic advisor to obtain directions/guidance on what departmental requirements you must meet. Your final
USAC internship approval and grade relies on approval from your academic department. Without your department’s
approval, your internship credit may only satisfy elective requirements.
