  • To take FAB 290 , students must be at least 21 years of age and provide a valid photo ID
  • Students will obtain a Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Health Card upon taking FAB 230 
  • A minimum grade of C or higher is required
  • A minimum of 50 percent of the courses must be completed at UNLV
