Notes

1. A 2.75 GPA must be maintained for all HED courses. Students must achieve a “C” or better in HED 165, EOH 200, HED 320, HED 427, and HED 440.
2. Core program requirements must be fulfilled prior to enrollment in field experience courses.
3. HED 280 should be successfully completed by the end of the sophomore year.
4. HED 480 requires application in Health Promotion Program office or Division of Health Sciences Advisement Center, the semester prior to the internship.
5. HED 480 may only be taken with HED 481.
6. HED 480 and HED 481 may only be taken after the Community Health Core courses are completed.
7. Every student must complete a three-credit multicultural course (HED 200 is required) and a three-credit international course. Courses satisfying other requirements may simultaneously satisfy the multicultural and international requirements except one course cannot satisfy both the multicultural and the international requirements.
