PHYS 180 - Physics for Scientists and Engineers I
Lecture in Newtonian mechanics. Rectilinear motion, particle dynamics, work and energy, momentum and collisions, rotational mechanics, oscillations, wave motion, and gravitation.
Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Minimum grade of C in or higher.
Corequisites: PHYS 180L
Notes: Fulfills the UNLV General Education Physical and Natural Science Requirement.Duplicate credits cannot be earned for PHYS 195.
