ACC 401 - Financial Reporting I



Study of current accounting objectives, principles, theory, and practice in the preparation, interpretation, and analysis of general purpose financial statements for external users, as established by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and predecessor organizations. This course is crosslisted with ACC 601. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Lee Business School major or Accounting minor, successful completion of a Competency Exam, minimum grade of B- in ACC 201  and ACC 202 . The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
