Cellular metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, including energy transformation and malnutrition. Role of hormones in regulation of metabolism. This course is crosslisted with NUTR 451.
Prerequisites
Enrolled in M.S. Nutrition Sciences or consent of instructor.
