NUTR 607 - Complementary and Integrative MNT
Credits 3
Emphasis on research methods and science-based literature to evaluate the safety, standardization and efficacy of popular therapies, including herbals, botanicals, and dietary supplements for preventive and nontraditional medical nutrition therapies. This course is crosslisted with NUTR 407. Coursework at the 600-level requires additional work.
Prerequisites
Admission into the M.S. Nutrition Sciences program or consent of instructor.
