CpE 301 - Embedded Systems Design

Study of microcontrollers and its application to a broad range of engineering problems. Study of microcontroller architecture, instruction set, and interfaces. Study of Assembly and C programming for microcontrollers. Use of simulation and emulation tools. Study of microcontroller interface with sensors, actuators, motors, peripheral devices and communication modules.

Prerequisites CpE 200  or  . All prerequisites must be completed with a grade of C or better. Advanced Standing required.
