Summer Term provides a variety of academic opportunities for students, including taking classes toward degree requirements. Summer courses have the same academic content as the fall or spring courses with the same titles, but move at a much faster pace. Many students enjoy the structure of attending courses five days a week for three to five weeks. This format enables students to immerse themselves in the subject material and advance their progress in obtaining their degree.

Summer term tuition and fees must be paid the business day before the course a student is registered for begins in order to avoid late fees. To receive a 100-percent refund, a student must drop a course on the day before it begins. If a student registers for a course and does not pay the tuition and fees due by the end of the late-payment period for the term in which the course is offered, the student will be administratively dropped.  Please consult the Summer Term website for additional dates and deadlines.
