- Analyze and evaluate messages and interaction in interpersonal and rhetorical
- Identify and explain historical developments and key theories in interpersonal and rhetorical communication
- Explain and recognize self-reflexivity in interpersonal and rhetorical contexts
- Critically analyze and evaluate published research articles
- Explain and recognize multiple perspectives in interpersonal and rhetorical communication
- Successfully conduct research in interpersonal and /or rhetorical communication at a level appropriate for undergraduate students
