The Certificate in Leadership Development and Engagement (LDE) helps undergraduate students enhance their leadership skills in their discipline and community. Students analyze issues that play out in our communities and organizations such as power dynamics, the pursuit of social justice, and how identity influences leadership and communication. The certificate supplements degree programs to support the growth of socially responsible leaders for the global community.

Learning Outcomes
- By the end of the program, students will be able to apply leadership theories to analyze leadership practices.
