HMD 101 is prerequisite to all 300– and 400–level classes unless consent of the instructor is received to the contrary. HMD 101 may be replaced with an upper-division hotel elective by petition on the basis of experience or other academic preparation.
Every student must complete a three-credit multicultural course and a three-credit international course.
