PEX 156 - Body Weight Bootcamp This course is designed to demonstrate to students efficient ways to burn fat at high rates in short amounts of time through exercises that rely upon the body weight of the student. The workouts will be aimed at improving strength and endurance.
Credits 1 May be repeated up to a maximum of 3 credits.
