PEX 152 - Total Body Conditioning for Women This course is designed to teach women exercise methods that will help them improve their cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and agility. The class will incorporate a variety of workout environments including weights, body weight exercises and other cardiovascular exercises including running.
Credits 1 May be repeated up to a maximum of 3 credits.
