NUC 315 - Nuclear Medicine Instrumentation Principles and application of radiation detection equipment and instrumentation employed in nuclear medicine procedures. Theory and laboratory application of the quality control procedures specific to each instrument. Laboratory application of imaging parameters, patient positioning, views and venipuncture techniques.
Credits 4 Prerequisites RAD 100 and formal program admission. Lab/Lecture/Studio Hours Includes three hours laboratory each week.
