EGG 103 - Engineering Technology FYS 1


This course introduces essential soft skills (public speaking, time management, writing emails, team communication, active listening), career awareness, and basic technical tools (Word processing, Spreadsheets, presentations), fostering personal growth and professional readiness through mentorship, employer research, and tailored resume-building activities.

Credits: 1
Prerequisites: For undergraduate degree-seeking students only.  The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
Notes: Fulfills the UNLV General Education First-year Seminar Requirement.
