Explores international cybersecurity law, emphasizing case studies and legal frameworks impacting data privacy, cybercrime, and digital sovereignty. Examines U.S. and global cyber regulations, cross-border data transfers, intellectual property, and cyber defense policies. Prepares for legal and ethical challenges in managing international cybersecurity compliance and data protection standards.
