AAI 453 - Built Environment and Human Health



Develop an awareness, understanding, and ability to analyze the built environment according to perceptual and biological systems in order to limit contraction, development, and proliferation of chronic and communicable illnesses. Emphasis is on environmental elements, pathways into the human body, and the designed environment for prevention, rehabilitation, and accommodation. Crosslisted with HID 653. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.

Prerequisites: Any GE Lab Science course and upper division standing.
