KIN 414 - Psychological Aspects of Sport and Performance



Provides an in-depth look at psychological factors that influence sport and performance. Examines foundational topics to examine advanced theories, research methodologies, and practical applications used by Certified Mental Performance Consultants (for example). Includes critical analysis of research, application of mental skills, and discussion of complex issues related to high-level performance. 

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Minimum grade of C in KIN 350  or KIN 312 .
Notes: This course is crosslisted with KIN 614. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
