CSEC 740 - Cyberlaw
Credits 2-4
Examines legal issues such as network neutrality regulation, antitrust regulation of Internet service providers, personal and regulatory jurisdiction on the Internet, the legal issues of geolocation and geoblocking, privacy and personal data protection, domain name registration and disputes, intellectual property rights enforcement, and online contract formation and enforcement. This course is crosslisted with LAW 646.
Prerequisites
Admission into any graduate cybersecurity program or by consent of the Cybersecurity Director
