NURS 807 - Advanced Anesthesia II
Credits 7
Examines concepts and principles of anesthetic pain management including local and regional anesthetics and regional and peripheral blocks. Discusses anesthesia techniques for specific surgical procedures in adults and the elderly. Facilitates transition into the provider role with the guided administration of anesthesia in simulation and clinical practice.
Prerequisites
Admission to the DNP program.
