CEE 672 - Construction Estimating for Infrastructure Projects
Credits 3
Explores principles and procedures used in estimating construction costs of civil infrastructure projects. Application of quantity determination, estimate pricing, specifications, subcontractor and supplier solicitation, risk assessment and risk analysis, and final bidding preparation in civil engineering projects. Computer-based estimating used for semester project. Crosslisted with CEE 472, CEM 451, and CEM 651. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
