SOC 684 - Sociology of Death and Dying

Examines the process of dying; emphasis placed on managing grief, the role of the dying patient, prolonging life, and the funeral industry. Crosslisted with SOC 484. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.

Graduate standing.
