SOC 671 - Race and Ethnic Relations in America
Credits 3
Analysis of inter-and intra-group conflicts associated with racial, ethnic, and socio-cultural differences. Attention to both structural and symbolic forms of domination and oppression and to the effects of prejudice and discrimination on all members of society. Special attention given to social movements for justice and equality. Crosslisted with SOC 471. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
