ME 602 - Computational Methods for Engineers
Credits 3
Applied numerical analysis for linear and nonlinear engineering problems. Systems of linear equations, nonlinear equations, and eigen value problems. Approximate numerical integration and differentiation. Development of numerical methods for initial and boundary value problems of ordinary differential equations. Introduction to the numerical solution of partial differential equations. Crosslisted with ME 402. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
