Development of skills to accurately, sensitively and assertively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. Principles of written and oral communication, and career advancement. Professional issues including state and local laws, standards of practice, code of ethics, quality assessment and quality assurance. Emphasis on self-reflection and personal/professional growth.
Prerequisites
Graduate Standing in Physical Therapy.
