PGDE 8610 - Dental Public Health I Part Time Tract Y1

Foundations in dental public health principles to promote oral health and the prevention of disease with a focus on underserved areas. Emphasis on evidence-based strategies for school- and community-based prevention programs. Seminars will be provided in the following domains: Epidemiology, Behavioral Science, Biostatistics and infection control and fluoride topics.



Prerequisites
Admission to the UNLV School of Dental Medicine as a resident in the Advanced Graduate Certificate in Dental Public Health Program.
