PGDE 8612 - Dental Public Health I

Credits 6

Foundations in dental public health principles to promote oral health and the prevention of disease with a focus on underserved areas. Includes epidemiology, behavioral science, biostatistics and infection control and fluoride. Emphasis on evidence-based strategies for school- and community-based prevention programs. 



Prerequisites
Admission to the UNLV School of Dental Medicine as a resident in the Advanced Graduate Certificate in Dental Public Health Program.
