NURS 801 - Professional Aspects of CRNA Practice

Studies the role of the nurse anesthetist as an advanced practice nurse. Investigates the historical development of anesthesia, anesthesia as a specialty and practice of nurse anesthesia, its role within the context of the healthcare system, and foundations of professional behaviors expected of all advanced practice nurses.
