Incorporates knowledge, skills, and attitudes to participate and lead quality and safety improvement across healthcare settings. Utilize theories and essential competencies to lead quality and safety initiatives. Uses systems frameworks to assess contextual factors, improve quality, and systems redesign for improving health of populations and reducing healthcare costs.
