NURS 702 - Scientific Inquiry for Evidence Based Midwifery Practice
Credits 3
Provides tools to evaluate, translate and integrate published research findings into clinical practice. Conceptualizes clinical practice problems and transforms them into answerable research questions, utilizes literature searching skills, and basic epidemiological, biostatistical and scientific principles to assess research evidence. Incorporates a systematic review or meta-analysis relevant to advanced midwifery practice.
Prerequisites
Admitted to graduate program and NURS 701 and 703.
