NURS 756 - NE Practicum II: Organizational Transformation

Focus on expanding an understanding of the competencies required of the nurse executive role. Examine the infrastructure, processes, and outcomes required for the delivery of patient care in a complex practice environment. Examine the impact of change on micro and macro systems and policy development and application.
Prerequisites
Admission to DNP program or consent of instructor.
