ME 670 - Experimental Mechanics of Materials

Failure theories for isotropic and composite materials, stress concentration, fracture mechanics, combined loading, photoelasticity, composites fabrication, mold making, mechanical testing, and microstructural analysis. Crosslisted with ME 470. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
