HIST 673 - History of the Andean Region
Credits 3
Central and southern Andes from the Inca period to the present: the Inca Empire, the Spanish conquest, colonial society and institutions, the independence movements, and the republics of Peru, Bolivia, and Chile, with emphasis on reform and revolution in the twentieth century. Crosslisted with HIST 473. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
