HIST 629 - History of American Labor, 1607-Present Credits 3
Analyzes the history of American working men and women from the founding of the American colonies to the present. Emphasis placed on significant events, institutions, and the ordinary lives of laborers themselves, all of which are viewed against the backdrop of an evolving capitalist economic system. Crosslisted with HIST 429. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
Prerequisites Graduate standing.
