DPT 774 - Prof Dev II: Psychosocial Aspects of Physical Therapy
Credits 3
Examination of psychosocial issues related to healthcare. Emphasis will be placed on the influence of social determinants of health on health behaviors and treatment outcomes, developing ongoing proficiency relative to all forms of cultural differences, and developing self-reflection strategies to support ongoing personal and professional growth as a healthcare provider.
Prerequisites
Graduate Standing in Physical Therapy.
