CIG 682 - Encouraging Reflective Practice

Focuses on the theoretical bases, roles, approaches, and dimensions of educator reflection to improve instructional practices. Provides opportunities to use theory and data to improve reflective practice and instructional leadership. Emphasis given to knowledge and skills of teacher reflection, necessary to be a master teacher and teacher leader.
