ANTH 640B - Archaeology of the Great Basin
Credits 3
Explores the prehistory of the Great Basin and surrounding areas, including the Mojave Desert. Examines the Paleoindian, Archaic, and later prehistoric occupation of the region, focusing on the evidence archaeologists use to reconstruct past behavior and how the environment influenced prehistoric peoples in the area. Crosslisted with ANTH 440B. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
