CEE 461 - Introduction to Railroad Transportation
Railway track, vehicle motion, signals and communications, railway track maintenance, railway operations, freight operation, passenger train operations.

Prerequisites: Advanced Standing; . All prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of C or better. The maximum number of attempts for this course is three, including earned grades, withdrawals, and audits.
Notes: This course is crosslisted with CEE 661. Credit at the 600-level requires additional work.
