DEN 7321 - Principles of Periodontal Surgery

General principles of surgery and wound healing, surgical anatomy of the periodontium and adjoining structures, surgical diagnosis, surgical techniques and post-surgical management of periodontal disease.  Biology of osseointegration and surgical placement of implants will be introduced.
