DEN 7120 - Introduction to Infection Control

Presents the principles of safe best practices and universal precautions in a dental environment, the use of disinfectants and sterilant, the safe handling of biohazardous materials, and about the cross infection potential of important human pathogens. A surveillance study of infection control in a clinical setting will be performed and documented.
