PTS 720 - Brain Health and Exercise

Credits 3

Explores the effects of physical activity and exercise on brain health, including cognitive function and mental health, using evidence from genetic research, molecular biology, exercise physiology and epidemiology. Focuses on healthy populations and populations with cardiovascular, neurodevelopmental, and neurodegenerative conditions, and mental health concerns.
