NURS 796 - Psychopharmacology Across the Lifespan

Provide scientific knowledge and neurobiological basis of psychopharmacology and its application for treatment of clients with psychiatric and behavioral disorders across the lifespan considering cultural and religious factors. Focus on advanced concepts in neuroscience, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacogenetics of
psychotropic drugs in the management of targeted symptoms and disorders.
